How does trash bin cleaning work?
You leave your bins at the curb on your scheduled service day. Our truck arrives with self-contained cleaning equipment, washes the inside and outside of each bin, applies a sanitizing treatment and finishes with a deodorizer. Bins are left at the curb, clean and ready to roll back.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as your bins are accessible at the curb on your service day, you don't need to be there. You'll get a notification when the service is complete.
When should I leave my bins outside?
Leave them out after your regular trash collection, on the service day shown in your account. Empty bins clean best, which is why we schedule around your collection day.
What types of bins do you clean?
Standard residential trash, recycling and yard waste carts, plus commercial containers. If you have an oversized or unusual container, request a custom quote and we'll confirm before scheduling.
How often should my bins be cleaned?
It depends on your household and climate. Many customers in warm, humid areas choose monthly service; others prefer every other month or quarterly. You can change your frequency at any time from your account.
Can you clean multiple bins?
Yes. Add as many bins as you need when booking, and additional bins are billed at the multi-bin rate shown in your estimate.
Do you offer one-time cleaning?
Yes. A one-time deep clean is available with no subscription required. You can upgrade to recurring service later if you'd like.
Do you offer recurring service?
Yes — monthly, every other month or quarterly. Recurring service is scheduled automatically and you can skip, reschedule or cancel according to our cancellation policy.
What happens if my trash collection is delayed?
Holidays and weather can shift collection days. If your pickup is delayed, we'll reschedule your cleaning to the next available date on your route and notify you of the new date.
What areas do you service?
We service Tampa and surrounding areas. Use the ZIP code checker to confirm your street, or join the waitlist if we haven't reached your neighborhood yet.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Reschedule or skip an upcoming service from your My FreshBin account, subject to the notice period in our cancellation policy.
